Your quote request and review

We use your name, phone number, email, requested date, addresses, job description and photos to prepare a quote and arrange the requested service. A quote request is not an order. This processing is for steps requested by you before entering a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Required fields are needed to submit the form; you can also contact us by phone.

The live website and its password-protected quote database run on our own RackForest VPS. Messages are sent through our mail server. You receive a copy of your submitted details and photos by email; it is not a final quote or a confirmed booking. Photos are private. Quote records and photos are automatically removed after 90 days; email copies are removed within 90 days after discussions end. Billing documents for completed orders are handled separately. Database backups are kept for up to 14 days and used only for restoration.

You may optionally submit a review using an individual link in your confirmation email, valid for 30 days and one submission. A new 30-day link is sent when we record work completion. With your separate consent, your chosen display name, star rating, review, date, selected topics and our reply may be published. Your email, phone number and quote details are not published. Reviews remain until you withdraw consent or request removal. Their internal link to the quote disappears when that quote is deleted. Expired invitation records are removed automatically. Reviews are checked for personal information, threats, spam and unrelated content; negative ratings alone are not a reason to withhold them.

For abuse prevention, we store a one-way hash derived from the network address for quote requests, not the raw address in the application database. This serves our legitimate interest in protecting the service (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). Technical providers may maintain their own operational logs. The site has no advertising tracking code. Essential session cookies protect sign-in and form submissions, including the review form.

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability where applicable, withdraw consent to review publication, or object to processing based on legitimate interests by emailing the address above. There is no automated decision-making or profiling. You may complain to the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information: naih.hu.

Please do not upload identity documents, health information or unnecessary personal information about others.
