The amount of furniture matters, but so do stairs and access. Send both addresses, the floors and whether there is a lift.
We often move flats of around 50–60 m², but larger moves can also be arranged. We can organise a larger vehicle if the van is not enough.
Loading and carrying
We agree in advance how many people are needed. The driver also helps carry.
Furniture protection
We protect the furniture and secure it in the vehicle.
Disassembly and assembly
If a wardrobe or bed needs taking apart, let us know in advance.
Dates
Weekend work can be arranged. We agree the starting time and any surcharge before the job.

Questions and answers
How many people will come?
We agree the vehicles and team size with you. A driver-only booking has a 1.5-hour minimum; additional movers have a two-hour minimum. For more than three people in total or more than two vehicles, the minimum is four hours.
How is time charged?
Beyond the applicable minimum, each started hour is charged. We agree the start, finish and charging method in the quote.
Can you move a piano or safe?
Heavy or unusual items need individual agreement. Send photos, dimensions and an estimated weight.
How should I prepare?
Close and label boxes, empty cupboards and mention narrow doorways. See our moving tips.
