Before the
vehicle arrives
A few practical notes on packing, furniture, access and the details we need from you.
Packing and
getting ready
Use strong boxes and divide heavy items between smaller ones. Close and label them by room. Wrap fragile objects and mark them clearly.
Empty cupboards. If furniture needs taking apart or putting together, agree that with us beforehand.
Floors and lifts
Tell us the floor at each address, lift door and cabin dimensions, and any narrow stairs or turns.
Parking and walking distance
Check where the vehicle may legally stop. If it is far from the entrance, carrying will take longer.
Large items
Send photos, dimensions and estimated weight. Prepare appliances according to the manufacturer’s instructions; keep personal documents out of photos.

Can we help with loading?
Tell us who can help and what you want us to handle. We agree the team size from that.
Is my requested date booked automatically?
No. You can suggest a date on the form, but we confirm the exact date and time separately.
What about furniture protection?
Empty cupboards and tell us about assembly or furniture needing special protection.
